Please check your account for any debited Amount to avoid duplicate payment. In case of any duplicate payment made, the concerned Ministry/Department against which the payment has to be realized, shall have to be directly contacted by the depositor and the Non Tax Receipt Portal shall not bear the onus for the same.

The entity making the deposit at NTRP should ensure that it is doing so against correct and relevant name , the same name should be used to claim the services in lieu of the payment made.
